Published: 17 July 2018 (1084 Views)
Lindi Marc is an up-and-coming singer and songwriter who shows power, passion and perseverance in her music. In this competitive music industry, she is pressing to break through and become a mainstay in music where so many artists cannot sustain or endure.

As dedicated and talented she is, and with a career in music that still under a year old, it looks like the stars are aligning for the next phase of her life.

Today the Faithfulness, maker officially releases her new single Uthando, another single that continues to set the singer on course for longevity in music and ministry. The new single is a winter gift and a summer starter song from Lindi and in bringing it up she was assisted vocally by top gospel singer Khulekani Chilli, who is now part of Double MC Production roaster, a burgeoning music powerhouse owned by Lindi's husband and Manager, Kross Marcellus Moses.

Uthando shares how God's love lifts people from grass to grace. In Lindi's case, the song tells how God raised her from a nobody to somebody, and she offers it to listeners as a weapon in taking back their power through Christ's passion.

The single comes in the wake of Faithfulness's success and at the heels of the Night Of Praise With Lindi Marc & Friends, an-all praise Gospel concert which will see various artists performing. Among the expected is Minister Grace from South Africa, the mushrooming Sandra Chirenje, Reward Judah, Keen, Tinashe, Ellison Tande and Vuyo Brown.

The public is invited to attend the concert. The event will be held Saturday, August 4 from 4 PM - 8 PM at Family of God Church (African Revival/Cnr JMoyo and 11th Avenue, in Bulawayo.

Night Of Praise With Lindi Marc will register Lindi Marc's debut performance in Bulawayo, the town she was raised in before she found her new home in South Africa. It will also mark her fourth time performing in Zimbabwe as she has given out shows in Harare and Chitungwiza before.

A welcome home concert of its kind, the concert will also serve as a cheer up for the imminent harmonised general elections to be held on July 30 across the country.

Uthando is now available for download and streaming on all digital platforms.
