A photo of 93-year-old president Robert Mugabe has gone viral online with people wondering if he has a catheter in his trousers.

Some people are even suggesting the president appears to be wearing something under his shirt too.

A Facebook user said: "Even body yacho looks like he wears something underneath the shirt."

Another Facebook user commented: "if i was in hospital and clearly frail i would own up. I wouldnt be selfish like some who clearly are incapable basa kungogara vakavata nyika ichiitwa ruin ne side chick"

See photo below:

A catheter is a thin tube made from medical grade materials serving a broad range of functions. Catheters are medical devices that can be inserted in the body to treat diseases or perform a surgical procedure.
