ABASEKELI beqembu elidala kulawo wonke kumdlalo wenguqu iHighlanders FC, sebebike ukuba bayaxolisa ngodlame lobukliwi obenziwe ngabanye babo ngeSonto edluleyo mhla umsekeli kanompembe esenza iphutha eMagumeni.

Kulandela isehlakalo lesi, uMthunywa ungene esitaladeni sakoBulawayo, wakhuluma kabanzi labasekeli bakaMantengwane abangena enkundleni.

Abasekeli laba, inengi elihlala lingena eBarbourfields, lithe loba uKusosa wenza iphutha, ukujikwa kwezigubhu lokungena enkundleni kwaba lihlazo.

Kuyindaba esematheni abantu ukujikijelwa kukamsekeli kanompembe uThomas Kusosa ngemva kokuba "eyehluleke" ukubamba i-offside eyenziwa ngumdlali weDynamos owasuka wahlohla.

Kuthe sekuhlohlwe lelibhola, umdlalo wamiswa ngoba abasekeli beHighlanders abathile sebevuke ubhova, baxotsha uKusosa.

Ngokutsho kwabalandeli, uKusosa waba ngumqali womsindo, bengazi ukuthi umthetho wenguqu uthi umbono kanompembe awuphikiswa.

"Udlame asilufuni kodwa onompembe abafunde ukuhlonipha umdlalo labasekeli ngoba ukuba lembono esuka ivuse ulaka asivumelani lakho," kutsho uCosmas Khumalo ekhuluma eseBarbourfields.

"Unompembe labasekeli bakhe baqakatheke kakhulu emdlalweni kodwa akumelanga abalandeli lababukeli bebone angathi onompembe bahlose ukubhidliza. Asifundeni inhlonipho bantu bakithi."

UCollen Mpofu, olilunga eligcweleyo leBosso uthe okungcono yikuthi bonke abenza udlame babanjwe bajeziswe.

"Thina njengabasekeli asifundisaneni ukuthi sihloniphe umthetho wenguqu. Kumele sizithibe. Lanxa iqembu lingajeziswa, akubanjwe izikliwi lezo. Ziyasiyangisa sibili. Sithi mayuyu ngokwenzakalayo."

Omunye wabasekeli laba uNever Phiri ubike ukuba kumaqula abo njengabasekeli batshumayela njalonje ukuthi kungabi lodlame.

UPhiri ucele amapholisa akuleli ukuthi angesabi ukuhwatsha izikliwi emphakathini ngoba abantu laba abenza umsindo eBarbourfields babonakala  egcekeni lomdlalo ungakaqalisi.

"Udlame asilufuni, yikho esihlala sikutshela abanye bethu kodwa bakhona abazenza okhanda tshisa. Asikhuzaneni ngoba izenzo zethu zilimaza iqembu. Kanti abomthetho benzani nxa besekela abantu besenza umsindo. Mhla womdlalo babukela, bekela abantu bezenzela umathanda. Ayegcwele phela amapholisa.

"Singakhohlwa njalo ukuthi kulabonompembe abaqala umsindo. UThomas Kusosa ngomunye wabo abaxabana lamaqembu ngokungenzi umsebenzi kuhle," kutsho uPhiri.

UPhiri labanye bavumelane ukuthi inhlanganiso yePremier Soccer League (PSL) leyeZimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) zicele onompembe beSouth Africa kumbe amanye amazwe aseduzane ukuthi baphathe imidlalo yeHighlanders leDynamos.

Usaziwayo kwezosekelo lweqembu yeHighlanders odume ngelithi Teekay uthe ukubona kungcono ukuthi uThomas Kusosa engasalugxobi eBF nxa kudlala iBosso.

"Ngisola iPSL labakhetha onompembe. Bakhetheleni onompembe abenza amaphutha nsukuzonke? Akubizwe onompembe abavela phetsheya nxa kudibana iHighlanders leDynamos. Labo phela abangazi lutho ngamaqembu la womabili.

"Mina ngokwami vele angivumelani lodlame ngitsho lakancane. Okwenziwa ngabantu ababehlezi eMpankweni kuyenyanyisa, kulihlazo. Akulamuntu olengqondo ezeneleyo ongasukela ukujikijela umsekeli kanompembe ngalindlela. Lanxa wenza iphutha, kwakumele sibukele umdlalo, sikhonone ngendlela eqondileyo," kutsho uTeekay.

UNigel Mhlanga ohlala eSizinda ubike ngelibuhlungu ngokulahlekelwa yimali lobunandi bomdlalo. Uthe inkinga ikumsekeli kanompembe ngoba wayengaqalisi ukucunula umoya wabalandeli beBosso.

"Vele unompembe lo, uThomas Kusosa ulenkinga. Mhla welanga wayesebenza angathi ngoweDynamos. Kwelizayo kafunde ukuthi akwenziwa njalo kunguqu. Lokho akutsho ukuthi ngivumelana lodlame, hatshi. Phansi ngodlame.

Iqembu lizajeziswa, asiyali.

"Icebo elingenziwa yiPSL yikuthi lijezise iqembu kodwa kungabi nzima. Akudlalwe kutsha, kuthabe wonke umuntu," nguMhlanga lo, laye olilunga leBosso eligcweleyo, okhokhela abalandeli kuqula leHighlanders elokitshini leSizinda.

Kusenjalo, inkokheli zeHighlanders sezibike ukuthi zithukuthele kakhulu ngodlame olwehlele umsekeli kanompembe lo osemlonyeni yababukeli benguqu.

Kumbiko okhitshwe ngoLwesibili ntambama, iqula lenkokheli zeBosso lithe: "Okwenzakala ngeSonto kumdlalo wethu asivumelani lakho. Udlame asilwazi kuHighlanders njalo kuyasiyangisa ukuthi abasekeli beqembu belulaze umdlalo ngaleyo ndlela . . . ," kutsho umbono weBosso ngamafitshane.

Lesikhulu seZifa uPhilip Chiyangwa uthe izikliwi sekumele zijeziswe.
