Margret Dongo added her voice to claims that Didymus Mutasa and Joice Mujuru were being courted by some members of Zanu-PF.

Dongo said that it would be a mistake if the two rejoined Zanu-PF. Dongo also said President Robert Mugabe would seek to use the two to his personal benefit.

Despite the ouster of Mutasa and Mujuru, contrary to expectations, Zanu-PF's factional fights have intensified. In an interview Mujuru said that she was just watching what was happening in the party.

Mutasa added that what was happening in Zanu-PF was tragic as the people in Zanu-PF no longer had Zimbabwe's interest at heart.
