The Minister of Finance, Cde Patrick Chinamasa has today officiated at the Infrastructural Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) ground breaking ceremony for an accommodation project for students at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST).

The multi-million dollar project, which seeks to alleviate the plight of accommodation amongst students, is set to be spread across the country.

Officiating at the event, Chinamasa commended the bank for assisting the government towards meeting its ZIMASSET goals of providing housing.

Chinamasa said the government is working on a framework to recapitalize the IDBZ for it to function to maximum capacity.
